Papercraft Star Challenge #50, Sassy Lil' Card Sketches and Friends w/ Flair

Happy Friday to you! We made it to another weekend! Time to relax.

I want to welcome any new people stopping in from Unity's Friends w/Flair, and I wanted to introduce you to Papercraft Star! I just love this challenge blog! They offer great prizes, participants and followers vote on the submitted projects, and one of my favorite things about the blog is that you get the challenges ahead of time! I just think that is fabulous! So, stop by and follow and check out this week's challenge and the upcoming challenges! I am sure you won't be disappointed!

This week, the challenge is to use the word star and come up with an element for your project for each of the letters in the word star! This could be tricky, but if you are uber creative you won't have a problem!

I really enjoy getting together and seeing everyone! Such fun times!

I started with this sketch from Sassy Lil' Card Sketches, click here to see the sketch... For some reason I could copy it... darn Mac...: and I also used the colors from this week's challenge at Papercraft Star... Look at this fabulous photo!
I know the colors don't exactly match perfectly but I love the lime green and pink!

Sassy Lil' Sketches March 21st

Good Evening! Hope you are having a great week so far! Today, I made a pit stop at Archivers and I must say that I love all the 6x6 paper pads that companies are making! It makes it affordable to purchase "all" the patterned paper for cards and small paper craft projects! I was able to get a few today! And I can't wait to share some projects using them!

First up, is one of Bo Bunny's newest collections, Ad Lib... fun summer/spring colors.... Feminine and masculine at the same time! Love it!

Here is the sketch for the March 21st Sassy Lil' Card Sketches. Obviously, great for birthdays! And there are a few in April to create for!

It's a simple card, but I like the way it turned out!
