It's Thursday! Yay! And another challenge is happening at Papercraft Star! Have you submitted your project for this challenge? It's a great challenge!
Green Holidays
- Create an altered holiday gift, card or scrapbook layout using recycled or repurposed items you already have on hand.
I was a little reluctant mainly because I wasn't sure what I could recycle, but today I received these cheap mini popcorn bucket as a Secret Santa gift at school, and I had no idea what I was going to do with them. But then, I had a revelation! Seriously! I would use them for a gift "Box/Bag"!
I was so excited about how it turned out that I had to post even if I didn't have the best lighting! If I have time later, maybe I can post a better picture!
Don't worry, I put patterened paper on all four sides! Aren't these snowmen adorable!? This is more of my Echo Park paper that I absolutely love, using some ribbon from good ol' michael's and Hobby Lobby.
I also used my Martha Stewart scoring board to make my pinwheel like what Liz showed us in the tutorial today! They are so much fun. Try a border punch and see who you like it! :D
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteThis is so cute Catherine! I love how the popcorn box pattern peeks out of the top of the paper and adds to the design. Thanks so much for joining us this week at Papercraft Star!
