Papercraft Star Challenge #12

This week at Papercraft Star we have a wonderful photo for our inspiration! I just love the picture, probably one of my favorites! I have become to love the photo inspiration challenges! This one is no exception! I have so super cute pictures of our two kitties. I call the pictures their "kitty glamour shots"! A little lame, but I love my babies! Here is the inspiration!

Here is what I created!
A few weeks ago, I purchased a K&C Company paper pad at Michael's when they were having a sale on their paper pad's! I also enjoy fabric, and when I saw that is was paper based on Amy Butler's fabrics, I couldn't help myself! It was such a great buy for such beautiful paper! Instead of the orange, I went with a green, I think it makes the paper pop!
Here is a supply list!
Patterned Paper: (flowers and strips)K&C Company, (Green and White polka dots) Girls Paperie
Cardstock: Bazzill's Dotted Swiss (some of my favorite cardstock to use)
Buttons: came from personal stash
Ribbon: Michael's
White Flower: Prima
Fiskar's scalloped Border Punch
Cricut Cartridge: Storybook (both the title and flower)

  1. I think your kitty glamour shots are adorable. This layout is cute. I love the colors and the buttons, flower and ribbon really draw your eye to the photos. Great work.

  2. What great pictures! The buttons and ribbon are great.

  3. Well Catherine... I think you might just know by now what a die-hard kitty lover I am! You'd think I would do more layouts of my own cats...but they don't seem to be nearly as willing a model as your kitties obviously are! I just love how this layout turned out... cute, cute and well...give both those little felines a snuggle for me!!

  4. Pretty papers and your kitties are adorable. Nice layout Catherine!

  5. Thanks for leaving me so love about my new blog design... I really think Becca did a fabulous job! Hope you enjoy your weekend!!!!

  6. Great layout thanks for sharing!!!

  7. Great LO. Love your take on the challenge!!!! Your kitty is so cute.
